IF YOUR BILLING & SHIPPING DOESN’T MATCH. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!

When will my order ship?

Shipping time frames do not include processing time.

Processing time includes 2-3 business days.

Standard shipping on domestic items will take 1-3 business days after processing to ship. 

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday & will ship within 1-3 business days.

Changing Shipping Address 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was orginally shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non- refundable and will not be included in your refund 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, YOU MUST CONTACT USPS AND REPORT AS A CLAIM.  HOWEVER WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.
